We are hiring DevOps/Test Automation Engineerfor the position based in Malmo, Sweden (Hybrid).

Educational Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information technology or related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/Test Automation Engineer specializing in Python-based test frameworks and CI/CD integration to merge two existing frameworks into a unified solution. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable test automation supporting component-level and domain-level testing, using tools like Pytest, Docker, and IDCI Scheduler.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 7-8 years of experience in test automation and DevOps engineering.
  • Strong Python programming with advanced Pytest expertise (fixtures, plugins).
  • Proven design and implementation of scalable test frameworks.
  • Hands-on CI/CD integration with Python solutions, Docker/containerized execution.
  • Experience in test lifecycle management, scheduling tools, and framework migration.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
