Purpose of the Job
This role will act as SME and leader for the AML Excellence Tech Specialist, to ensure development of AML infrastructure, Co-workers and secure a successful cooperation with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Job
- Lead and follow up the daily functional operations within the AML Excellence Tech Specialist Team

  • Lead, manage and coach team members
  • Drive requirements in products and product platform development projects
  • Support the specialists in day-to-day cases
  • Contribute to information-sharing and competence development in all markets
  • Define the requirements for IT development of AML systems, handle configurations, test and validate scenarios, deploy changes and follow up results.
  • Technical expert, offer expertise and insights
  • Manage and evaluate request from the organization and provide technical support
  • Report on AML data
  • Ensure constant improvement of the system and make sure that it is as user-friendly as possible
  • Train system users in the system and new functionality

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
- Previous experience working with AML

  • Previous experience working with IT systems management
  • Previous experience working with transaction monitoring infrastructure
  • Previous experience working with model and data validation

Knowledge required
- Understanding of AML regulations and AML procedures

  • Understanding of the banking infrastructure, products and processes
  • Understanding of technology and trends within the AML area
  • Proven knowledge about transaction monitoring and models
