As Growth & Partner Manager, you will work side by side with the Country Manager, complementing each other in strategy and execution. Your mission is to turn plans into measurable results through growth activities, product initiatives, and local execution.

What you will do

As Growth & Partner Manager, you will:

Support the Country Manager with operational execution

Drive product development for local market adaptations and automation projects

Discover and implement AI tools that improve organisational efficiency and growth

Manage SEO and AEO initiatives to optimise visibility and acquisition

Own local compliance alignment with MiCA and other applicable regulatory frameworks

Execute campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications

Generate Leads from companies and institutions interested in crypto

Manage events and fairs including planning and on-site execution

Ensure technical implementation of the marketing & growth platform

Take ownership of local adaptations and "hands-on" execution to make things happen

What we are looking for

5+ years experience in growth, digital marketing, partnerships, or product-related roles

Knowledge in blockchain, crypto, or fintech is a requirement

Strong understanding of SEO/AEO, automation, and digital marketing funnels

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, and sales teams

Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Native Swedish speaker, fluent in English; Finnish is a plus.
