Role Overview:

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, leading the IT team, ensuring system reliability, and driving digital transformation initiatives in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Lead and mentor the IT support and technical teams.
  • Oversee network, security, and data management processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement IT strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in

    Norwegian
    (both required).
  • Ability to work
    onsite
    in Malmö, Sweden.
