Head of Marketing
to join the leadership team and
own growth end-to-end
.

Role Overview

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for
driving predictable revenue growth
, positioning Outrinsic AB as a trusted technology partner, and building scalable marketing systems that directly support sales.

This is a
hands-on leadership role
with
equity participation
, designed for someone who wants to build, not just manage.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Revenue

  • Own
    lead generation and demand creation
    for:
  • IT & software services
  • Outsourcing / offshore development
  • AI agents and automation solutions
  • Build
    B2B funnels
    from awareness → SQL → closed deals
  • Align closely with founders and sales on
    pipeline, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics

Go-To-Market & Positioning

  • Define Outrinsic's
    core messaging and value propositions
  • Create clear differentiation in:
  • AI agents & automation
  • Software development services
  • Enterprise outsourcing
  • Develop vertical-specific positioning (SMEs, enterprises, startups)

Channels & Execution

  • Own and scale:
  • LinkedIn & founder-led growth
  • Content marketing (case studies, whitepapers, landing pages)
  • Outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
  • Paid acquisition (optional, ROI-driven)
  • Build repeatable systems, not one-off campaigns

Sales Enablement

  • Create sales assets:
  • Pitch decks
  • Case studies
  • One-pagers
  • Website conversion flows
  • Support proposal and deal acceleration with strong narratives

Brand & Authority

  • Position Outrinsic AB as:
  • A credible AI & software partner
  • A trusted outsourcing provider
  • Build thought leadership around AI agents, automation, and software delivery

Team & Scale (Future)

  • Hire and manage a small, high-impact marketing team
  • Set KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Prepare marketing for scale as revenue grows

Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have

  • Proven experience in
    B2B technology marketing
  • Strong understanding of
    IT services, software sales, or outsourcing
  • Demonstrated ability to
    generate leads that convert into revenue
  • Comfortable working in an
    early-stage, high-ownership environment
  • Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience marketing
    AI products, SaaS, or developer-focused services
  • Founder-level or startup leadership background
  • Experience selling into
