Svep Studios are looking for a junior–mid Project Manager who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to creative and technical productions.

We're a creative animation studio working on everything from game trailers, key art and motion graphics to tech-driven real-time projects. We're a small core team of 6, and we regularly scale up with freelancers and partners, so good coordination and clear plans really matter here.

This role is about execution and flow: keeping projects on track, helping people collaborate smoothly, and making sure work ships with confidence.
(This is not a budget or contract role.)

What you'll do


• Keep projects moving day-to-day (plan, status, next steps)


• Build and maintain practical schedules (weekly planning, milestones, reviews)


• Track tasks, deadlines and blockers, and help remove friction


• Turn incoming requests into clear scope, priorities, and owners


• Run review logistics: collect feedback, turn it into actionable tasks, track approvals


• Keep deliveries organized and clearly communicate what's ready


• Draft weekly status updates and flag risks early


• Coordinate across team members, freelancers, and partners; support onboarding when we scale


• Work closely with the producer to turn priorities into actionable plans

We think you are someone who

  • Has 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, production, or project management
  • Is organized, communicative, and low-ego
  • Enjoys fast-moving creative environments
  • Has experience in animation, games, VFX, film, or post-production (or similar creative fields)
  • Bonus:
    Experience with Real-time / Unreal Engine workflows

Preferred:
Swedish-speaking candidates (we work primarily in Swedish day-to-day).

50–100%
