Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey by supporting the daily operations of a dynamic retail environment? We're looking for a dedicated and fashion-driven Responsible to join our new Pull & Bear in Väla You'll be key in driving section performance, developing the team, and ensuring our image and product standards align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Commercial

• Demonstrate strong interest in fashion, with deep product knowledge and understanding of collections.
• Analyse commercial performance and provide relevant feedback to Managers.
• Participate in delivery preparation and ensure that products are displayed correctly according to coordination guidelines and customer needs.
• Ensure optimal and consistent replenishment of the section.

Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring our customers always feel supported and well-informed.

People Leadership

• Support Managers with opening and closing procedures when needed.
• Collaborate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Train, develop and motivate team members within your section.

Store Operations

• Follow online and SINT procedures and support the team with digital operations.
• Care for store resources and promote sustainability initiatives in line with company policy.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive environment where everyone's opinions are valued.
