We are looking for a Logistics Solutions (LS) Sales Manager with sharp sales skills and a passion for logistics

What is the role about?
As an LS Sales Manager at SSI Schäfer, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our most advanced logistics solutions. Sales here is not just about presenting a product – it's about understanding complex material flows, deeply analyzing customer needs, and creating tailored solutions that deliver real business value.
You will lead the entire sales process – from the first dialogue and needs analysis to quotations, price negotiations, and contracts. You will be supported by our specialists in technology, automation, and project management, and together you will shape solutions that often involve large investments and long-term partnerships.
The role includes:
- building and developing long-term customer relationships at management level
- driving technically complex deals with a focus on consultative sales
- working closely with internal experts to turn ideas into feasible projects
- representing SSI Schäfer at trade fairs, customer events, and industry-specific networking meetings
- following up and nurturing customer relationships even after project management has taken over
This is a role for someone who wants to work with strategic, solution-oriented sales in close partnership with customers, where both your technical interest and commercial ability are key to success.
Who are you?
You likely have an engineering background, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or systems engineering. Alternatively, you may be a business graduate with several years of documented experience in complex technical B2B sales. Experience with logistics solutions, warehouse automation, material handling, industrial systems, or other technology-intensive environments is highly meriting.
You are used to understanding customers' technical challenges, analyzing flows and processes, and translating these into solutions with clear business value. Leading requirement discussions, interpreting technical documentation, and working closely with engineers, project managers, and customers come naturally to you.
You thrive in complex sales cycles with many stakeholders. You build trust through expertise and clarity, and you move confidently between technical details and commercial discussions. You take initiative, push forward, and want to see results in the form of successful deals. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required. Knowledge of German is a plus. A category B driving licence is required.
