Shape the future of Total Rewards at Scandic
As we continue to grow and develop our organization, we are looking for a Rewards Specialist to support our transformation and contribute to Scandic's continued success.
In this role, you will bring specialist knowledge within remuneration and play a key part in resolving complex queries, driving process improvements, and supporting our digital HR transformation. You will be part of a small team and report to the Director Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a broad scope of HR processes with a focus on remuneration.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries related to job architecture, short-term incentives (STI), and market data.
- Use data for analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with stakeholders on cases, assignments, and projects.
- Drive improvements and represent Total Rewards in transformation initiatives.
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the HR team.
- Contribute to prioritized projects such as system implementations, policy updates, and organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your profile
You are a forward-thinking and hands-on Rewards Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, people-driven environment. You have several years of experience in remuneration and are ready to grow within an international organization with a warm and caring culture.
You bring:
- HR Expertise: Solid knowledge of remuneration processes and related digital tools.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Excel and HR systems.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly in Swedish and English.
- Continuous Improvement: Passion for driving process improvements and digitalization.
- Performance Drive: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and enable others to grow.
