Function Owner – Charging Systems & Power Distribution (Automotive / EV / Cybersecurity)


Location: Södertälje, Sweden

We're looking for a
Function Owner
to join an agile team developing charging systems for next-generation battery-electric vehicles. Your mission is to ensure cybersecurity compliance and secure ways of working across the charging and power distribution domain.

What You'll Work On

  • Lead cybersecurity compliance for the charging system in BEVs
  • Work closely with the Cybersecurity Manager to ensure alignment with all relevant standards
  • Contribute to cybersecurity artefacts including
    TARA
    , cybersecurity concepts, and security requirement definitions
  • Collaborate with system, software and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system behaviour
  • Ensure secure development processes and documentation are consistently followed
  • Support regulatory alignment and vehicle type-approval work
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and provide technical functional leadership

What You Bring

  • Experience in
    cybersecurity risk management
    , threat modelling, and CS assessments
  • Several years in the
    automotive industry
    within system or function development
  • Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience with
    electric vehicles
    , charging or power distribution systems
  • Proven skills in project leadership and taking full responsibility for deliveries
  • Hands-on experience with
    UNECE R155 & R156
    and vehicle type-approval processes
  • Experience with automotive cybersecurity risk assessment is a plus
