About us

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions.

We are now looking for an experienced Qualified Person (QP) with a solid background in Quality Assurance to join our SRS/FSP team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be dedicated to one sponsor.

Please keep in mind that this is a part-time, approx. 0.5 FTE freelance opportunity based in Södertälje, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Qualified Person (QP) in accordance with EU GMP requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant GMP, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Review and approve documentation relating to manufacturing, testing, and quality systems.

  • Collaborate closely with QA teams, manufacturing, and regulatory stakeholders.

  • Provide expert QA guidance during audits, inspections, and deviation investigations.

Qualifications

  • Certified Qualified Person (QP) in the EU.

  • Proven experience in QA within a GMP-regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of EU GMP regulations and batch release requirements.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish.
