You will work on complex data migration and backend development tasks within a secure and high-impact environment, ensuring reliable data management and seamless integration between systems.

The role involves close collaboration with other developers, testers, and stakeholders in an agile setup, with a focus on performance, data integrity, and system stability throughout the migration process.

*Your tasks*

  • Design, develop, and test Java-based components for data migration and integration
  • Write and automate scripts and test environments in Linux/Shell
  • Ensure data validation, integrity, and performance across large-scale databases
  • Collaborate within an agile team to deliver secure and reliable digital solutions
  • Support continuous improvement of development and testing processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development and testing
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Linux environments and with shell scripting
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (writing complex queries, data validation, troubleshooting)
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Willing to go through a thorough security background check

Nice to have

  • Oracle, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kibana, experience in government or regulated environments
