Om rollen
Som Business Development Manager vil du ha både en strategisk og praktisk rolle i å drive vekst. Du vil:
- Identifisere nye markeder og bygge relasjoner med potensielle kunder.
- Utvikle og tilpasse logistikkløsninger som styrker kundenes konkurranseevne.
- Analysere markedstrender og utarbeide strategiske forretningsplaner.
- Lede forhandlinger og bygge langsiktige partnerskap med beslutningstakere på seniornivå.
- Samarbeide med interne team for å sikre høy kvalitet og kundetilfredshet.
Du vil helst være basert i Kopstad, hvor våre lageroperasjoner holder til.
Det er fleksibilitet for å jobbe fra Oslo, så lenge du kan besøke Kopstad regelmessig. Rollen inkluderer månedlige reiser til Sverige, hvor din leder og teamet er basert.
Din profil
Du er en selvstendig og resultatorientert forretningsutvikler med dokumentert evne til å bygge nye markeder og kundeforhold.
Vi Ser At Du Har
- Erfaring med tjenestesalg eller forretningsutvikling, gjerne innen logistikk eller andre komplekse B2B-tjenester.
- Evnen til å jobbe selvstendig og ta initiativ fra idé til gjennomføring.
- Norsk på morsmålsnivå og flytende engelsk, muntlig og skriftlig.
- Erfaring med Microsoft Office og CRM-verktøy, samt sterke analytiske ferdigheter.
- En strategisk og kreativ tankegang med evne til å bygge langsiktige partnerskap.
Formell utdanning er ikke et krav, men høyere utdanning er en fordel.

Do you have experience in business development and want to take the next step in your career? Posti is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our growth within 3PL, operational solutions, and transport logistics.

About The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll have both a strategic and hands-on role in driving growth. You will:
- Identify new markets and build relationships with potential customers.
- Develop and tailor logistics solutions that strengthen customer competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends and create strategic business plans.
- Lead negotiations and build long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
You'll preferably be based in Kopstad, where our warehouse operations are located.
There is flexibility to work from Oslo, as long as you can regularly visit Kopstad. The role includes monthly travel to Sweden, where your manager and team are based.
Your profile
You are a self-driven and results-oriented business developer with a proven ability to build new markets and customer relationships.
You Have
- Experience in service sales or business development, preferably within logistics or other complex B2B services.
- The ability to work independently and take initiatives from idea to execution.
- Native-level Norwegian and fluent English, spoken and written.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and strong analytical skills.
- A strategic and creative mindset with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Formal education is not required, but post-secondary education is an advantage.
