We are now hiring an Account Executive – New Business to join our growing sales team in Sweden.
The RoleAs an Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and handover. Your sole focus is new customer acquisition. Once the deal is signed, the account is handed over to our Key Account Managers (KAM) and Customer Success Managers (CSM), who drive long-term adoption and growth.
This is a role for a proven SaaS salesperson who wants to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working with advanced sales methodologies in complex B2B environments.
You will:- Prospect, qualify, and build a strong pipeline with municipalities and private care providers
- Run structured discovery using SPIN Selling to identify challenges and quantify impact
- Apply the Challenger Sale methodology to reframe customer thinking and create urgency
- Manage deal progression using MEDDPICC to ensure accuracy, predictability, and control
- Build compelling ROI-based business cases and guide customers through change journeys
- Deliver impactful demos, webinars, and workshops that educate and inspire decision-makers
- Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing, KAM, and CSM teams to secure smooth transitions and long-term success
- 3–5+ years of proven success in SaaS new business sales (closing role)
- Practical experience working with SPIN, Challenger, and MEDDPICC (if not in previous roles, eager to adopt and master them fully at Sensio)
- Ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, ideally in the public sector
- Track record of consistently closing deals and overachieving quota
- Strong presentation and communication skills – equally confident in the boardroom, on webinars, or at industry events
- Competitive and results-oriented mindset with a structured, consultative approach
Nice to have:
- Experience selling into the public sector or healthcare industry
- Background in SaaS scale-ups with long procurement processes
- Familiarity with tenders and public procurement
