Qred söker nu en Head of Second Line Compliance som ytterligare kan stärka bolagets förmåga att navigera komplexa regelverk och säkerställa att tillväxten sker både snabbt och sunt.

Rollen

I rollen som Head of Second Line Compliance ges rätt kandidat fullt ansvar för att etablera och leda Qred Banks second line-funktion, vilken tidigare varit outsourcad. Du kommer att arbeta nära VD och styrelse och förväntas vara den trygga, självständiga klippa som säkerställer att Qred fortsätter växa på ett säkert, transparent och hållbart sätt. Banken står inför fortsatt internationell expansion och utveckling av både produkter och processer. Som Head of Compliance får du en central roll i att sätta agendan för hur compliance ska stödja och möjliggöra denna tillväxt. Du kommer att utgå från ett befintligt ramverk men höja nivån genom att skapa en mer aktiv, rådgivande och närvarande compliancefunktion. Du förväntas ge konkreta råd och stöd i en verksamhet med högt fokus på snabbhet, innovationstakt och affärsdriv. I det dagliga arbetet kommer du bland annat:

  • Styra det riskbaserade compliancearbetet och ansvara för riskanalys, planering, granskning inom områden som AML, kreditgivning och DORA samt uppföljning på strategisk nivå.
  • Agera rådgivare till VD, styrelse och affär och ge kvalificerat stöd i regulatoriska frågor och sätta complianceagendan för fortsatt tillväxt.

Din profil

Du som läser detta känner igen dig i miljöer där struktur möter entreprenörskap. Du har god förståelse för bankens regelverk och vad som krävs av en modern second line-funktion. Rollen kräver att du har självständighet, integritet, rådgivande förmåga och mod att stå för din bedömning samtidigt som du trivs i en dynamisk, affärsnära kultur.
