Rolfs Flyg & Buss är Sveriges största resebyrå. Varje år arrangerar vi resor för resenärer till över 450 resmål. Vi bygger alla vårt bokningssystem i egen regi och är ett snabbt företag där projekt kan gå från idé till produktion på samma dag.

TEAMET

Vi arbetar i små team enligt Scrum och Kanban där vi gemensamt strävar efter att hitta nya lösningar. Vi gör själva QA inom teamet och utför integrationstester på de viktigaste funktionerna. Det går snabbt från idé till implementering, feedbackloopen är tight och vi ser vår produkt förbättras och användas.

Vårt team består i dagsläget av två dedikerade backend och en frontend. I rollen kommer du rapportera till vår VD, Emanuel Karlsson. Vi lägger stor vikt vid IT-utveckling och strävar ständigt efter att förbättra oss och växa som företag. Med vårt fokus på högkvalitativ programvara och snabba beslutsvägar har vi en spännande och innovativ arbetsmiljö som du kan vara en del av.

ROLLEN

I denna roll krävs det stor erfarenhet av backendutveckling. Du kommer agera tech lead med stort ansvar och vara en nyckelperson i vår utveckling.

Vi arbetar ständigt med förbättring och utveckling, med en kodbas som är två år gammal. Som en del av vårt team kommer du att spela en viktig roll i att skapa funktionella och högkvalitativa hemsidor som besöks av över unika användare varje månad. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från e-handel eller resebranschen.

Vi anser att programmering är ett hantverk som kan tillämpas över olika programmeringsspråk och plattformar. Huvuddelen av våra program är skrivna i PHP och SQL, men vi ser kunskap inom områden som OOP/API:er, och JavaScript som en fördel snarare än en förutsättning. Vi förväntar oss att den rätta kandidaten har ett starkt teknikintresse och förmågan att snabbt lära sig.
