About The Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, data, and customer experience? We're looking for a Project Lead to drive innovation and operational excellence across the Nordics. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives focused on customer service platforms, automation, and data analytics, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

  • Lead projects focused on operational applications and automation, including AI implementations, RPA automations, and new applications for customer service.
  • Drive data analytics initiatives using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Act as a technical advisor and management consultant, translating complex requirements into clear strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor teams and promote agile, continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

  • Proven experience in strategic project management across Nordic markets.
  • Strong business acumen, ideally from product management or sales.
  • Hands-on Power BI expertise, including data modeling and visualization.
  • Deep understanding of operational ecosystems and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.
  • Ability to align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Possess strong communication and writing skills in both English and Danish or Swedish.
