Aurobay Sweden AB is hiring a Content Marketing & Communications Manager.
As Content Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of content creation across digital, social, and traditional media channels, including events.
Based at Aurobay's Gothenburg office and with Global and Group responsibilities, you'll report directly to the Head of Communications and ensure the development of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that supports global marketing, communications, and business objectives. You'll combine creative direction, production management, and operational excellence to deliver compelling stories and visual assets that strengthen Aurobay's and the whole Group's brand presence.
Skills and experience
At least three years' experience of working with Content Creation and Production.
At least three years of content, marketing, or communications experience in the powertrain industry is an advantage.
Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with attention to detail and brand coherence.
Excellent understanding of content production workflows, including video, photography, and copywriting.
Proficiency with production tools, editing software, and digital content management systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Figma, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms and their respective content formats.
Strategic thinker with strong storytelling and editorial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; an additional European language, especially Portuguese or Spanish, is an advantage.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and refine strategies.
Collaborative mindset and a good knowledge of diverse cultures with the ability to work effectively across the Group's global teams and functions.
A university degree in Culture, Communications, or a related field.
Your role
Develop and execute an integrated content marketing and communications strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
Lead the end-to-end content production process, from concept development to final delivery, across video, photography, written, and digital media.
Translate strategic communication and marketing goals into creative content concepts and execution plans.
Oversee the Global/Group level content production calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaigns, product launches, events, and corporate milestones.
Lead in-house and external production teams, including content creators, creative agencies, freelancers, photographers, and video teams.
Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing and Communications teams to ensure content supports campaign goals and key messages.
Track and analyze content performance metrics, applying insights to enhance future production strategies.
Implement and oversee content review and approval processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
