Vi på EnFlytt söker en målinriktad Junior Customer Care Manager på heltid till vårt huvudkontor i Uppsala. Hos oss får du arbeta i ett positivt team med tydliga mål, stöttande kollegor och stora möjligheter att växa i en roll med ansvar och utvecklingspotential.
Om rollen:
Du kommer att ha kontakt med kunder som redan bokat våra tjänster. Det innebär att hantera frågor, ändringar och önskemål – alltid med varsamhet och respekt. Du arbetar självständigt och strukturerat mot tydliga KPI:er, med fokus på kundnöjdhet och effektiv hantering.
Du kommer att:
– Kommunicera med kunder via telefon och mail
– Lösa problem snabbt och professionellt
– Jobba mot tydliga mål och rutiner
– Vara en viktig del av kundens helhetsupplevelse
