About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
    ERP Sales Manager – NODICS
    to lead ERP solution sales across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
    NODICS ERP solutions
    and proven expertise in building client relationships, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets in the ERP domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote
    NODICS ERP solutions
    across targeted industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
  • Conduct client presentations, solution demonstrations, and value-based selling to C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to create tailored ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals in line with company policies.
  • Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven ERP sales experience, with at least 5+ years in
    NODICS ERP solutions
    .
  • Strong network of enterprise clients and decision-makers in relevant sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and close high-value deals.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
