Store Manager (temporary position)

Your Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the store. You'll lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer experience, maximize sales, and ensure a smooth store operation according to the NEW YORKER concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team
• Drive sales performance and achieve financial targets
• Ensure efficient store operations and an outstanding shopping experience
• Manage inventory, sales reporting, and key business indicators
• Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, and training
• Oversee personnel and sales administration
• Collaborate closely with other departments within New Yorker

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in retail management and leading teams
• Knowledge of sales administration and preferably budget or economical responsibility
• Completed upper secondary education; a degree in business, retail management, or fashion is a plus
• +2 years of experience in retail, with a strong sales focus
• Strong leadership and communication skills - you lead by example and inspire others
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fashion, an experience in Fashion Retail is advantageous
• Fluent in Swedish and English; German is an asset
• Good command of Excel
