Job Description:

We are expanding our team of Application Engineers in Network Control to meet the increasing global demand for our innovative technology. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the operation of power generation and control for our customers, ensuring safe, secure, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective operations of power plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support system deliveries to customers in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
  • Collaborate with GMS experts to configure and customize the optimization engine.
  • Develop workflow integrations between SCADA/EMS/GMS systems and other IT/OT systems.
  • Create and execute test plans and procedures with customers.
  • Resolve technical problems reported by customers in collaboration with the technical team. - Uphold values of safety and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Master's (or higher) degree in mathematics, electrical engineering, or computer science.
  • Basic understanding of electric power generation and transmission networks.
  • Basic understanding of SCADA systems.
  • Experience in the SCADA/GMS systems business.
  • Solid understanding of industrial scale optimization.
  • Experience with commercial solvers such as CPLEX.
  • Proficiency in modeling languages such as AMPL.
  • Willingness to travel and work at customer locations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Swedish not mandatory.
  • Remote work: 2–3 days/week
