Growth Marketing Analyst
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to help us take our marketing to the next level through data, analysis, and structured growth initiatives. In this role, you'll not only track and interpret key metrics but also turn insights into action — identifying opportunities to optimize marketing performance, user acquisition, and engagement.
You'll be responsible for growing our active user base by identifying key segments and effective targeted tactics. We think you'll get there by combining analytical rigor with hands-on experimentation, designing and running growth tests, and optimizing user funnels. You will also support the broader marketing team with your analytical skills, making key growth metrics easily understandable and ensuring initiatives are guided by data, and designed to deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Drive app growth through initiatives and experiments, including App Store Optimization (ASO), viral flywheels and paywall optimization.
- Identify weaknesses in the onboarding flow and bring best-in-class external inspiration for improvements.
- Support user segmentation and identify key product messages to win in different segments.
- Run one or more owned media channels towards existing user base.
- Own and develop marketing data, including ensuring the right data signals are in place for accurate attribution and cohort analysis.
- Set up data connectors between transaction platforms, core marketing and growth platforms to ensure relevant KPIs are presented in a central marketing dashboard.
- Support ROI calculations and foster data-driven and efficiency-focused mindset in marketing spend.
We believe you have
- Strong experience working with analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI).
- A solid understanding of performance marketing and digital channels.
- Understanding of ROI and efficiency-driven marketing.
- Experience with digital growth initiatives, ideally in app or onboarding contexts.
- The ability to work with and analyze data using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally also Python or R.

- Excellent analytical skills.
- Structured in how you test, evaluate, and improve.
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to lift team capabilities.
- Strong business acumen, you can translate numbers and insights into customer behavior and commercial opportunities.
- A curious and experiment-driven mindset, always eager to formulate hypotheses, run tests, and find creative growth solutions
