We're hiring: Hardware Engineer

At Synclair Vision we're building advanced vision systems for drones and autonomous platforms — technology that's already gaining strong traction in Sweden's defense industry.

We're now looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our growing team. You'll work hands-on with the design of electronics, enclosures, and mechanical components, making sure everything we build meets both technical standards and real-world demands. The work covers everything from board design and component selection to questions around compliance, supply chain, and quality — especially important in the field of defense.

We think you're someone who enjoys working close to the product, solving problems across disciplines, and turning ideas into something that can handle vibration, cold, and rough field use. Experience from ruggedized or certified hardware development is a big plus, but curiosity and drive matter most.
