What will you do?

As a Performance Marketing Lead you will own and scale our customer acquisition engine through data-driven marketing, MarTech innovation, and analytical excellence.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading multi-channel campaigns, optimizing growth funnels, and building scalable systems for performance measurement.

You'll also lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities and Tasks:

Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies across paid search, social, display, programmatic, and app-based networks.

Lead and manage a performance marketing team, providing mentorship, goal alignment, and performance feedback.

Drive a robust testing and optimization framework across campaigns, creatives, and landing pages.

Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and experimentation through our MarTech stack.

Analyze campaign performance, create dashboards, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Manage and optimize budgets to deliver efficient CAC and high ROI.

Familiarity with metrics such as LTV, PBT and how they interconnected with growth strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, BI, and creative to align acquisition and retention strategies.

Stay ahead of industry trends in ad tech, privacy, and analytics.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance, or growth marketing, preferably in tech, telecom, or app-based environments.

Proven success managing and scaling paid media budgets across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA).

Experience leading or mentoring teams or managing external agencies.

Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with fluency in data tools such as GA4, Mparticle, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker or similar.

Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and marketing automation systems.

Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Hands-on experience with SQL, BigQuery, or data visualization tools is preferred. 

Experience in growth experimentation frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.

Preferably familiar with server-side tracking, privacy-centric analytics, and marketing APIs.

Exposure to telecom, fintech, or international growth markets is a plus.

A passion for innovation, testing, and measurable marketing impact.
