Welcome to our team for Nuclear Safety (EPN). We are a team of 20 employees and together we support our organization in Sweden with radiation safety and nuclear safety. We are now looking for you who have expertise in criticality or radiation safety.
About The Role
As a Manager Nuclear Safety you will be part of our QEHS management team. You will lead a team that support our fuel factory with questions regarding ionising work, internal audits and production with nuclear safety and quality in focus. You and the team will work with our internal costumers and authorities, specifically the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM).

You will report to the Director QEHS Sweden and be located at Bränslegatan, Västerås. You will work with a hybrid work schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Personnel responsibility
• Ensure Nuclear Safety at Westinghouse Sweden
• Support us with questions regarding criticality and ionising work

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a manager role
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering physics, chemical engineering or radio physics.
• Knowledge in criticality or radiation safety
• Knowledge in SSM regulations.
• Good collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish
• Full professional proficiency in English
