Today, we employ around 400 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. We are now looking for more Cybersecurity Analysts who wants to work in our Security Operations Center and be at the forefront to stop cyber breaches.

Truesec helps customers globally with Attack Prediction Services, Vulnerability Management Services and Managed Detection & Response services for IT and OT environments. Our services are all delivered by skilled security analysis teams that conducts 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers' proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers' IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.

The Cyber Security Training & Onboarding Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration and ongoing development of SOC team members. This role is responsible for facilitating a seamless onboarding experience, delivering effective training programs, and supporting continuous learning and competence development within the SOC. The coordinator works closely with stakeholders to align training activities with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary mentor and point of contact for new SOC Analysts during their onboarding period.

• Organize and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs covering SOC workflows, tools, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct orientation sessions and provide structured learning plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate hands-on training in SOC tools, security technologies, and support systems.

Foster an inclusive and supportive environment to help new analysts acclimatize SOC culture.

Training & Competence Development

• Design, coordinate, and deliver ongoing training sessions and learning activities for SOC staff.

• Guide analysts in understanding threat detection, incident response, escalation protocols, and best practices.

• Monitor employee progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure readiness for independent work.

Support employees in accessing learning resources and encourage participation in development opportunities.

Processes, Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, training activities, and employee competence.

• Ensure all training programs and documentation meet regulatory standards and company policies.

• Develop, update, and refine onboarding and training materials, including guides and checklists.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding and training processes based on feedback and evolving needs.

• Proven experience organizing and delivering training and onboarding programs in a technical or security-focused environment.

• Strong communication, coordination, and mentoring skills.

• Familiarity with training, competence development and requirements within the cybersecurity sector.

• Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
