What You Will Do
As a Digital Product Manager (DPM) for Integrations & APIs within Volvo Penta Digital & IT, you will take ownership of the intersection between business, technology, and user experience. You'll be responsible for the Volvo Penta Integration Platform (BDIP) and ensure our integration and API solutions deliver tangible value for both customers and the business.

You will define the digital product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap—ensuring alignment with Volvo Penta's overall business objectives. Through data-driven insights, design thinking, and user-centric approaches, you'll drive the evolution of sustainable and value-creating digital products.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Defining and executing the vision and strategy for Integrations & APIs.
• Leading product planning, budgeting, and prioritization cycles.
• Collaborating across the Volvo Group and with external partners.
• Gathering feedback and communicating the value of delivered initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

You are a strategic thinker with strong technical understanding and business acumen. You thrive at the crossroads of technology and business and are passionate about turning digital opportunities into concrete results. With expertise in APIs, integration platforms, and data products, you design solutions that drive real business impact, while your experience leading cross-functional teams ensures initiatives are delivered smoothly in agile environments.

We Believe You Have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing digital business solutions or IT-driven initiatives.
• Understanding of manufacturing industry processes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A genuine interest in data, AI, and emerging technologies that shape the digital future.
