Professor of Sustainable Business Development and Innovation

AI Business School is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Professor of Sustainable Business Development and Innovation to join our faculty.

At AI Business School, we combine sustainability, innovation, and business strategy to help professionals lead change in a fast-evolving world. As part of our academic team, you'll play an important role in shaping the next generation of leaders who know how to connect business growth with long-term sustainability.

In this role, you'll develop and teach courses that explore sustainable business strategy, innovation, and circular models — helping participants turn sustainability goals into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Design and teach courses in sustainable strategy, innovation management, and circular economy.

Support participants in applying sustainability and innovation frameworks in practice.

Contribute to thought leadership in sustainable business and innovation.

Work with industry partners to bring real business cases and insights into the classroom.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with strong experience in sustainability, innovation, or business transformation, either from academia or industry. You likely have a PhD or equivalent expertise in Sustainability, Business Administration, Innovation, or Environmental Management. You have experience teaching, consulting, or leading sustainability or innovation projects.

A good understanding of frameworks like CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals is important, as well as the ability to translate them into practical business applications. Strong communication skills in English and an international perspective are essential.
