The position

As one of your strengths to drive collaborations with transparency and positivity? Would you like to drive the development of Star Stable projects, enabling our teams to deliver the best experience for our users and players? Then we have an opportunity that we want to share with you We are currently looking for a Producer to join our team.

As a Producer, you will:

• Drive the delivery of Star Stable projects, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and with expected quality.
• Collaborate with project leadership and other teams to align on goals, strategy, and the execution of initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional crafts involved in the project. Ensure information and documentation flow seamlessly across teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact, effectively balancing the needs of stakeholders, timelines, and quality requirements.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and deliverables across the entire development and delivery process.
• Oversee milestone reviews and coordinate with leads to ensure the project progresses according to schedule and aligns with Star Stable's quality standards.
• Coordinate pre-launch, launch, and post-launch efforts with all involved teams, ensuring successful delivery and long-term outcomes for Star Stable projects.
• Collaborate with the leads to identify risks and dependencies, mitigating potential obstacles to smooth project delivery as part of the project roadmap.
• Help improve and refine Star Stable's project management processes, ensuring efficiency and clarity of roles and responsibilities within cross-functional teams.

• Has experience in a similar role in the games industry.
• Has good communication skills and aims to enable the project team to focus and deliver the best possible project.
• Experience working with Technical teams.
