Allocator North

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Allocator for a parental leave cover from early February 2026 to the end of September 2026. The role is based in Stockholm.

You will take a pivotal role in optimizing inventory planning and allocation across our DTC channels (Retail, E-commerce, and Outlets). This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact sales performance and revenue growth by driving smart, strategic inventory decisions.

As an integral part of our team, you will oversee stock performance, ensure seamless inventory management, and provide actionable insights to our buying and merchandising functions within the team. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional partners, influence business strategies, and play a key part in delivering exceptional results to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate inventory across full-price, outlet, and e-commerce channels to meet sales demands.
• Provide insights on product performance, size curves, and option counts to minimize risks and maximize store-level sales.
• Collaborate with the merchandisers on stock movements, preseason planning, and in-season adjustments.
• Monitor and report on supply chain issues, stock rotations, and sales trends.
• Develop store inventory plans and support new store openings, refits, and closures.
• Optimize category allocation to enhance financial performance and assortment.
• Manage end-of-season returns, pack-down processes, and outlet allocation adjustments.
• Identify opportunities for store transfers and channel-specific improvements.
• Suggest actions for slow-moving inventory and ensure replenishment of high-demand items.
• Lead and develop processes within the administrative parts of existing systems.

This role requires a proactive approach to inventory management, with a focus on maximizing sales potential and optimizing stock levels across channels.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Consumer Insights Sharing: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share insights that ensure the consumer's voice is integrated into future strategies and decision-making.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the Logistics department to define delivery schedules and lead-time requirements, ensuring timely and efficient inventory flow.
• Retail Operations Support: Partner with Retail Operations to address and fulfill store stock needs, including stock adjustments and redistribution as necessary.
• Strategic Alignment: Act as a bridge between merchandising, logistics, and retail teams to align inventory planning with broader business objectives.

Admin

• Consolidate and highlight system errors between Y2, PIM and U2, ensuring all DTC sales points.
• Responsible for setting up promotions and activations.
• Licensee management across systems.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1–2 years of hands-on retail merchandising, allocation, or branch merchandising experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong systems understanding
• Understanding of the fashion industry and multi-channel distribution
• Analytical mindset with quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively under pressure
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
