Job Title: SAP IS-U CRM Security Consultant (Swedish Speaking)
Total Experience Required: 12+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software
Relevant Experience Required: 10+ years in SAP Security & Authorization, with proven expertise in SAP IS-U and CRM modules.
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months or beyond, depending on project requirements.
Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 3 times a week at office)
Languages Required: Swedish and English are mandatory.
Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Sweden
Work Location: Stockholm, Sweden
- Must be currently based in Sweden or
- Willing to relocate to Sweden from anywhere within Europe or the UK
- Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and maintenance projects across multiple functional areas.
- Collect and analyse security and authorization requirements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive security and project documentation.
- Configure SAP systems, conduct testing, and ensure continuous improvements.
- Review and enhance Segregation of Duties (SoD) rule sets and remediate identified violations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U and CRM Security.
- Expertise in SAP Authorizations, Roles, and Access Management.
- Proven track record in SAP Authorization projects and application maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (both mandatory).
Optional Skills:
- Exposure to the Utilities industry or basic knowledge of its business processes.
- Experience with compliance frameworks and audit support within SAP environments.
