deploi is a Stockholm-based fintech startup building an institutional-grade platform for
tokenizing private credit on-chain
. We're creating tools that bring transparency and liquidity to traditionally illiquid assets such as business loans, mortgages, and invoices. We proudly won the
Startup Battle at European Blockchain Convention 2025 in Barcelona

Now we're expanding our design team to craft a clean, elegant, and functional experience for our next product release iteration.

What you'll do

  • Design clear, intuitive interfaces for Deploi's web platform and investor dashboards.
  • Collaborate with founders, engineers, and marketing to turn ideas into beautiful, usable designs.
  • Build and maintain
    Figma components
    , design systems, and typography styles (
    fonts, spacing, and visual rhythm).
  • Contribute to
    UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
    .
  • Analyze user behavior and improve usability through feedback and testing.
  • Ensure
    visual consistency
    across product and marketing touchpoints.

What we are looking for

  • Strong grasp of
    UI/UX fundamentals
    : layout, hierarchy, color, and typography.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    (auto layout, variants, grids, and styles).
  • Passion for
    clean, functional design
    and attention to detail (you see design as problem-solving, not decoration).
  • Curiosity about
    fintech, blockchain, or Web3
    (no prior experience required).
  • Ability to
    communicate ideas visually
    and justify design decisions.
  • Portfolio or examples
    of previous work (university, personal or freelance).
