IT Systems Specialist
to join our team in Stockholm.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure. You will focus on
Microsoft 365 administration, IT support, and system optimization
, while also contributing to global IT projects. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure that our technical solutions are efficient, secure, and support smooth international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
  • Provide IT support to employees across different time zones.
  • Ensure IT systems and databases comply with security standards and best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects related to system development and new implementations.
  • Document and improve internal IT processes to support global efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate.
  • Experience in IT support, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of IT security and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with international teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Education in IT, computer science, or related field.

Preferred:

  • ITIL framework knowledge.
  • Experience with ISO 27001.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 knowledge.
  • SQL database experience.
