Vi söker en erfaren UX Designer till ett spännande digitalt produktteam som utvecklar ett nytt verktyg för att stödja hela granskningsresan inom retail. Du kommer att vara med från start och skapa intuitiva, skalbara lösningar som förenklar komplexa processer och stärker den digitala upplevelsen för tusentals användare världen över.

Ditt uppdrag
  • Arbeta tvärfunktionellt i ett nytt produktteam för att skapa en heltäckande digital lösning.
  • Utforma användarcentrerade upplevelser som stödjer både granskare och administratörer.
  • Översätt användarbehov och affärsmål till tydliga designlösningar.
  • Förenkla komplexa arbetsflöden och bidra till en effektiv och engagerande användarresa.
  • Genomföra användartester och iterera design baserat på insikter.
  • Samarbeta nära utvecklare, produktledare och experter för att säkerställa designens kvalitet och genomförbarhet.
Vem du är
  • Du har minst 5 års erfarenhet som UX-designer.
  • Du arbetar tryggt med användarcentrerad design och brinner för enkelhet och tydlighet.
  • Du är nyfiken, empatisk och har förmågan att förstå användarens verklighet.
  • Du kommunicerar tydligt och kan argumentera för designbeslut med fakta och insikt.
  • Du trivs i ett samarbetande team och ser feedback som en möjlighet till utveckling.
  • Du är skicklig i wireframing, prototyping och design systems.
  • Du behärskar verktyg som Figma, Framer och Miro.
  • Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.

Uppdragets längd:
Plats: Malmö
Omfattning: 80–100 %
Distans: 3 dagar på plats per vecka
Resor: 5–8 dagar totalt
