Production Delivery Leader

We're looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Production Delivery Leader to play a key role in shaping and developing our 3D production processes.

How You'll Contribute

As our Production Delivery Leader, you'll be the mastermind behind the planning and delivery of our 3D production workflows. You'll guide our talented 3D coordinators, define clear process steps, and make sure everyone knows what they're doing-and why.

You'll be the go-to person for clarifying roles, streamlining ways of working, and constantly finding smarter, faster ways to get things done. Time, budget, and quality? That's your playground. You'll collaborate with fellow PDLs across the organization and work closely with the 3D team to make sure everything runs like clockwork and lands right on schedule.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with strong experience in leading and refining production workflows to drive operational efficiency. You have a strategic mindset and a proven ability to implement production plans that optimize resources, reduce costs, and increase output. Familiarity with modern production methodologies-particularly within 3D and image-based processes-is highly valued, as we continuously seek to innovate and improve our ways of working.

More specific requirements:

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience working and leading image, film or 3D production in high volume or lean processes.
• High level of knowledge and passion regarding modern production technics; graphical-, 3D, Real time, Automation.
• Experience with Censhare.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
