Pangara is an innovation company. As CEO, you will run and develop the company with a focus on customers and their needs. Important choices when going forward will be about which customers we should focus on, what the offer should look like and what we should not do. A large part of the job will therefore be to nurture and learn from existing customer relationships, but also to create new relationships and business opportunities and translate the insights from this into developing, evaluating and improving business models for increased scalability and growth. You will also lead the team in Sweden and Vietnam and be responsible for the daily operational work.

RequirementsExperience of consulting salesExperience of project management and/or personnel managementThrives to work in a dynamic and changing environment with high demands on flexibility and resultsAbility and willingness to take great personal responsibility and to work independentlySpeaks and writes fluently in English, if also in Swedish it is an advantageExperience in entrepreneurship is an advantageOther
