Group Strategy Manager

About the Role

This purpose of this role is to play an integral role in driving Conscia's long term strategic growth and performance, partnering with functional leaders, translate strategy into action and drive operational excellence and efficiency throughout our business. The role works closely with, and reports directly to, Conscia's Chief Strategy and Integration Officer.

Goals for the role:

• Business/Geographical units fulfillment of Strategic initiatives
• Successful execution of strategic assessment projects
• Evolvement, improvement, clarity and communicability of Conscia's Corporate strategy
• Number and depth of trust based relationships with Conscia Leadership

Critical responsibilities in the role:

• Test hypotheses through analytical rigor, collaborating across the company to ensure alignment and data integrity
• Research, analyse and recommend courses of action that directly contribute to tangible outcomes
• Analysing expansion opportunities and internal performance
• Manage and evolve our corporate dashboards, reporting and goal setting process (OKRs) to ensure corporate strategy is effectively translated into defined workstreams, Value Creation Plans and aligned across the group
• Work with other functional areas of the company to orchestrate change initiatives that help scale the company and to help secure commitment for cross-company efforts
• Acts as Project Manager for planning and execution of operational excellence projects leading cross functional teams of leaders and subject matter experts
• Act as a change agent promoting excellence and innovative thinking with employees at all levels of the organisation

About the You

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant master degree and at least two years of strategy/management consulting experience. Experience from IT/Tech industry will ease your onboarding drasticly and same if you have experience from working in group function. Our company language is English and you must be fluent both in writing and speaking. In terms of team and culture fit we are looking for:
