About the position

As a Senior Data Engineer in our Data & AI Office, you'll play a key role in shaping and scaling our Snowflake-based data platform. This is a position for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in understanding the business context behind the data. You'll work closely with global teams and senior stakeholders, contributing to a shared vision and translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions while helping shape how we work with data as the platform evolves.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as technology, thrives in cross-functional environments, and approaches stakeholder collaboration with openness and trust. As a Senior Data Engineer in our Data & AI Office, you'll play a key role in shaping and scaling our Snowflake-based data platform. Your main responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, future-proof solutions
  • Contribute to data engineering standards with ways of working and best practices
  • Design and build efficient data pipelines and workflows that power analytics and insights
  • Integrate systems by setting up and maintaining reliable connections between source systems and the data platform
  • Analyze and map source data to ensure accurate and consistent information flow
  • Monitor and resolve data incidents, safeguarding quality and integrity across the platform
