The role

As a Total Reward Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our total reward strategies. Reporting to and supporting the Head of Total Rewards, you will help review and improve our programs, ensuring we continue to attract and retain top talent. You will be at the heart of our annual salary review process and play a key part in the administration of our employee incentive program. This role is a temporary cover, starting in December or early January and ending in December, 2026.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and being an integral part of the global annual salary review process.
  • Supporting Talent Partners and managers with advice on salary setting.
  • Administering the allocation of the employee incentive program (RSUs).
  • Providing updated salary statistics and reporting to the organization.
  • Contributing to team OKRs to drive total rewards initiatives.
  • Ensure our salary data processes comply with regulations, such as the EU pay transparency directive.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits in various countries.
  • Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Epidemic Sound.
