The Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team in Sweden. This role is essential in delivering excellent service to our customers and supporting the Country Manager and Swedish sales team with operational and commercial tasks. You will manage back-office processes, coordinate customer interactions, and ensure smooth execution of sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and provide data for sell-out statistics and sales performance.
  • Maintain and update master data including pricing, product assortment, and campaign details.
  • Handle telephone and written inquiries from customers and internal sales teams.
  • Stay current with pricing structures and product offerings.
  • Create and organize product and logistics information for internal and external use.
  • Maintain and improve back-office systems and processes.
  • Administer and update customer contracts as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and reports on sales, logistics, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate daily back-office tasks related to sales and customer service.
  • Support external Sales Representatives with inquiries and direct sales activities.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as sales reporting and customer meeting preparations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar sales support or back-office role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Navision).
  • Demonstrated experience in sales support and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a proactive and self-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • International mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Enthusiasm for grilling and promoting the Weber lifestyle.
