About the Role:

We are seeking a PEGA Senior System Architect to support a major initiative focused on digitizing and automating the valuation and monitoring of various collateral types — including agricultural assets, corporate holdings, and retail customer assets. This role will play a key part in enhancing efficiency for appraisers and improving data accuracy through robust digital solutions. The consultant will be working within a structured project environment, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of Pega-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable PEGA solutions.
  • Architect and develop robust system integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, Kafka).
  • Secure integration endpoints using appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Leverage Data Pages and Data Transforms for effective data management in both inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Configure and optimize core Pega components such as Case Types, Workflows, and Decision Rules.
  • Ensure all development adheres strictly to Pega Guardrails and industry best practices. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in an Agile environment

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing PEGA solutions.
  • Expertise in system integration and secure interface development.
  • Strong grasp of Pega application configuration and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with Nordic banking institutions or similar environments is an advantage.
