About the role

At Gant Footwear, we combine the heritage of an iconic brand with the agility of a start-up. We're now looking for a Product Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient product development and sourcing operations.

In this structured and detail-oriented role, you will support the sourcing process by managing supplier data, communication, and sample tracking. You'll help secure product quality and compliance by coordinating sustainability documentation, monitoring production progress, and supporting quality checks throughout the development cycle.

Working closely with the Head of Sourcing and cross-functional teams across Design, Product, Operations, and Quality, you will keep our product information accurate, our timelines on track, and our standards consistently high. Your work will contribute directly to bringing Gant Footwear's premium products to life, with precision, care, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Supplier & Production Coordination

  • Support supplier onboarding, capacity planning, and production timelines.
  • Coordinate the flow of technical information between suppliers, quality, and internal teams.
  • Follow up to ensure technical and compliance data is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor production status and escalate delays or risks when needed.

Production Quality & Supplier Feedback

  • Review green and gold seal samples together with the Head of Sourcing to ensure quality and design standards are met.
  • Check and measure samples for fit and construction accuracy.
  • Consolidate and share feedback with suppliers and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.

Sourcing Data & Compliance Management

  • Gather, verify, and upload sustainability and compliance data from suppliers.
  • Manage sourcing-related data in PLM and PIM to ensure alignment with product specifications.
  • Maintain supplier information, certifications, and capabilities in line with sourcing strategy.
  • Support quotation requests and data consolidation for sourcing decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure alignment of sourcing and master product data with GTM timelines.
  • Coordinate with Design, Technical, and Production teams for sample approvals and updates.
  • Collaborate with Quality teams for inspections and audits.
  • Support product meetings, fittings, and reviews.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and compliance.

Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, product coordination, or a similar role in the fashion/footwear industry. Familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or a related field is required.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage supplier communication and keep all parties aligned.
  • Detail-oriented, confident in managing large volumes of data and ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Comfortable using PLM systems and other tools to handle data efficiently and effectively.
  • A strong interest in sustainability and product development, with a focus on ensuring compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, sourcing, QA, and product development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
