About the Role

The company is looking for a Forward Deployed ML Engineer to help solve some of the most challenging AI/ML problems their customers face. In this role, the engineer will:

  • Help customers (such as Lovable, Suno, and Mistral AI) architect and build complex AI applications
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, requirements, and challenges
  • Design, present, and implement technical solutions that meet customer needs
  • Architect migration paths from existing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) to the company's serverless platform
  • Conduct demos, proof-of-concepts, and experiments to showcase the platform's capabilities
  • Optimise performance for open-source models and frameworks
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence the product roadmap
  • Contribute to the core product and help the community build on top of it

Qualifications
:

We are looking for somebody who has:

  • At least a few years of professional ML engineering experience (or solutions engineering or similar)
  • Strong Python skills (essential for the role)
  • Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and distributed systems
  • Understanding of ML/AI infrastructure, MLOps workflows, and system design
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt explanations to different audiences
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
