Role Overview

We're looking for a senior Copywriter/Creative who's as comfortable building messaging frameworks as they are crafting high-performing ad copy. You'll play a key role in shaping brand voices, developing creative concepts, and delivering copy that works—across everything from big campaign ideas to day-to-day digital assets.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll work closely with our brand and marketing team, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life—whether that's defining a brand's messaging platform or writing scroll-stopping headlines for social.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic messaging platforms, tone of voice guidelines, and storytelling frameworks for new and existing brands.
  • Craft clear, engaging, and effective copy for a wide range of formats—campaigns, ads, landing pages, emails, social posts, product pages, and more.
  • Lead creative ideation for brand campaigns and marketing concepts, either independently or in collaboration with designers and strategists.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand goals, present work, and guide them through the messaging and creative process.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all written output, aligning copy with brand identity, audience, and channel best practices.
  • Adapt copy and tone for different contexts—B2B, B2C, short-form, long-form, and everything in between.

We think you'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are a native Swedish speaker with excellent English skills—comfortable crafting standout copy in both languages.
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a copywriter or creative, whether at an agency, in-house, or freelance.
  • Can show a strong portfolio of work that spans creative campaigns, brand messaging, and multi-channel copy.
  • Are a collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well with strategists, designers, and clients.
  • Have sharp attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality, thoughtful work.
  • Stay organized, focused, and solutions-oriented—even when juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
