Job Description

This role is about helping us do right and support the organization within A Good Company to make sure we have products in stock, orders are delivered to our customers according to the agreements and other tasks connected to the supply chain within the company.

You will work closely with the CFO/COO, the finance department and the sales department, but also in close contact with our warehouses in Estonia and Czechia.

The tasks for A Good Company

  • Buying of products and operation planning
  • Stock planning
  • Follow up on order deliveries; inbound and outbound
  • Order administration
  • Handling PO orders from key customers and distributors
  • Send out order confirmations to key customers
  • Send out shipping notifications to key customers
  • Work with forecasting and consolidate all from retail to plan the ordering process
  • Follow-up on costs from warehouses, transporters and suppliers
  • Support COO as well as finance and sales organization
  • Other administrative tasks within the company
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience A passion for building a brand like A Good Company
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • The ability to work independently on projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required
  • Swedish is great
  • Working with Shopify Plus or similar e-commerce system is a plus
