Product Operations Lead

With almost 400 passionate colleagues across multiple countries, we're on an exciting growth journey, and now we're looking for a Product Operations Lead to help us scale our product organization with clarity, consistency, and quality.

About The Role
As Product Operations Lead at Voyado, you'll partner closely with the CPO and product leadership team to make the Product & Design organization run at its best. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you'll design the systems and routines that keep teams fast, aligned, and effective. This senior individual contributor role combines hands-on analysis with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Services to drive operational excellence across all product lines - from Engage and Elevate to new ventures like Retail Media and Connected - helping Voyado scale efficiently while maintaining creativity and autonomy.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Lead and refine the structure and cadence for portfolio planning, quarterly roadmapping, product reviews, and other ceremonies, ensuring operational rhythm.
• Drive alignment and ensure visibility across initiatives.
• Maintain shared frameworks, templates, and standards for quality, readiness, and discovery rigor across our portfolio.
• Own reporting and metrics for adoption, impact, and delivery efficiency. Partner with Analytics and Finance to make data more transparent, accessible, accurate, and actionable.
• Define frameworks for discovery quality, release readiness, and post-launch evaluation to continuously improve delivery quality and impact.
• Product Ownership for Tooling - Act as the Product Owner for Voyado's product management tooling (e.g., Pendo, Productboard), ensuring it enables efficient workflows, prioritization, and portfolio visibility.

Skills & Background

• Extensive experience in product operations, product management, or program management within SaaS or MarTech.
• Strong understanding of product development practices, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of designing and leading effective operating frameworks in complex, multi-product organizations.
