I rollen som Head of Product B2B har du det övergripande ansvaret för Strålfors B2B-produktportfölj och dess kommersiella framgång. Du driver den kommersiella utvecklingen – från strategi och positionering till intäktsflöden, prissättning och lönsamhet. Du analyserar marknaden, identifierar nya affärsmöjligheter och omvandlar insikter till konkreta resultat som stärker Strålfors position i Norden.

Du definierar produktstrategin, leder affärsutvecklingen och säkerställer lönsam tillväxt inom Strålfors B2B affär – ett område som omfattar EDI-lösningar och automatiserade flöden mellan företag. Du leder ett nordiskt team av seniora produktchefer och specialister inom området. Teamet är erfaret och självständigt, vilket kräver ett coachande och tillitsbaserat ledarskap. Din uppgift blir att skapa riktning, driva samarbete över gränser och säkerställa gemensamma kommersiella mål.

Du arbetar nära ledning, försäljning, marknad och teknik för att utveckla produkter och lösningar som möter kundernas behov och affärsmål. I rollen ingår P&L-ansvar, budgetstyrning, affärs- och produktutveckling, partnerskap och kommersiella initiativ – både strategiska och operativa. Du blir en nyckelperson i Strålfors fortsatta digitala transformation och en del av den ledningsgrupp som formar framtidens B2B-strategi. Tjänsten är placerad i Solna.
