As a
Sales Development Representative
, you'll be the heartbeat of our sales team. Acting as the bridge between marketing and sales, you'll spark conversations, create opportunities, and open doors to new business.

Here's what you'll be doing:


Prospect & discover
– Identify potential customers through research, digital tools, and inbound leads.


Reach out & engage
– Start conversations via phone, email, and LinkedIn that grab attention and build curiosity.


Qualify & connect
– Understand customer needs, assess fit, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.


Collaborate & align
– Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure smooth lead handovers and effective follow-up.


Track & improve
– Monitor KPIs like outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth — and share insights to help us improve.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Sweden. You'll join a motivated and collaborative team that values drive, learning, and shared success.

Who You Are

We're looking for a driven and curious team player who loves connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're proactive, structured, and hungry to learn — with a genuine interest in growing your career in sales.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

A high-energy, self-starter mindset and a strong drive to succeed.

Great communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

Comfort with cold outreach — you see it as an opportunity, not an obstacle.

Interest in SaaS, technology, and digital business development.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience with tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion is a plus.
