Motion & Visual Designer:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Motion & Visual Designer for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden

Its paying well and my client can interview asap

Role Description:

  • Responsible for
    motion design and visual design
    , producing multimedia content and visual assets such as videos, animations, illustrations, and icons in accordance with Ericsson's design guidelines.
  • Create and adapt
    UX/UI components and layouts
    ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with project goals.
  • Design various models based on Ericsson's guidelines and use cases, maintaining coherence with Ericsson's visual language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, communications, and learning) to deliver cohesive and aligned designs.
  • Contribute to
    UX/UI design
    tasks such as wireframing, prototyping, user flow definition, and usability enhancements.
  • Support design documentation and ensure smooth
    handoff to developers
    and other stakeholders.

Competencies:

  • Digital : User Experience Design (UXD) / Visual Design

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in
    motion and visual design
    for multimedia content (videos, animations, illustrations, icons).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Audacity, Audition
    , or equivalent tools.
  • Strong grasp of
    design principles
    , lighting, and composition.
  • Experience in
    graphic design and video editing
    .
  • Understanding of
    instructional design principles
    and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent
    organizational and communication
    skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with
    SPMs, SMEs, and stakeholders
    .
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing
    high-quality visual storytelling
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction
    , or related field.
